Planning your Donation Drive is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Select one category from our List of Needs and narrow your wish list to 3-5 specific items. Focused drives are easier for supporters to participate in!

  • Warm Hands, Warm Hearts – Gloves, scarves, hats

  • Fresh Start Essentials – Hygiene and personal care items

  • Rest & Restore – Towels, bedding, blankets

2. Set Your Timeline & Collection Plan

  • Define Your Timeline & Location

  • Choose clear start and end dates — and stick to them!

  • Offer Multiple Ways to Give

  • Clearly define in-person drop-off locations and include a QR code for online giving when possible.

  • Share the Why

3. Celebrate Your Impact with Us

    Donation drop-offs can be scheduled Monday–Friday between 9:00AM and 3:00PM.
